Shipping policy

COLLECTION ONLY

We do not ship. All items are collected in person from our workshop at 1 Rue du Grand Ormeau, La Grue, 16140 Mons, France.

Collection is by appointment. Once your order is ready, we will contact you by email or phone to arrange a time that suits you.

Please bring a vehicle suitable for the item and, where the piece is large, someone to help with lifting. Loading and transport are your responsibility.

Items must be collected within 30 days of the ready-for-pickup notification unless another arrangement has been agreed in writing.
