RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Right of withdrawal
Our sales are concluded online, so you have 14 days from the day you collect your item to withdraw from the purchase, without giving any reason.

To exercise this right, tell us of your decision by a clear statement to contact@morphologieart.com or by phone on 06 38 96 02 25 before the 14-day period expires.

Returning the item
Items must be returned to 1 Rue du Grand Ormeau, La Grue, 16140 Mons, France within 14 days of notifying us. Returns are by appointment, arranged in advance. Items brought back without prior notice cannot be accepted.

You are responsible for the cost and organisation of the return, including transport, loading and any specialist handling. Given the nature and weight of restored furniture, these costs can be significant and we recommend you consider this before ordering.

You are liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the item. Items returned damaged, altered, repainted or otherwise modified may be refunded at a reduced amount reflecting that loss in value.

Refunds
We will refund the amount paid within 14 days of receiving the item back, using the same payment method you used for the original purchase. Your bank may take a few additional days to post the refund.

Condition of our items
Restored antique and vintage furniture is sold as described, 
including its patina, age-related marks and imperfections. These 
are inherent to the pieces and are not defects. Because items are 
inspected in person at the moment of collection, please check 
your piece carefully before taking it away.

This does not affect your statutory rights under the French legal 
guarantee of conformity (Articles L.217-3 et seq. of the Consumer 
Code) or the guarantee against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et 
seq. of the Civil Code).

Exceptions
Items made or personalised to your specification, including 
custom commissions, are not eligible for withdrawal.
